Modify PermitRootLogin to yes in /etc/ssh/sshd_config

Problem is need to check the /etc/hosts.allow  /etc/hosts.deny

Just enter;

echo ‘SSHD: ALL’ >> /etc/hosts.allow

It sorted it out for me
